1. Who we are
This store is operated by Haunta, based at Via di Passo Lombardo, 00133 Roma RM, Italy. Contact: haunta.shop@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot ship to the address given — and we will refund you in full if we do.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Any "was" price shown alongside a current price is the price the item is otherwise sold at on this site. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
4. Product information
We describe the projector as accurately as we can. Projected image size, brightness and sharpness depend on your room, your window, the surface you project onto and how dark it is outside — results vary, and our 30-day refund policy exists precisely so you can find out on your own window.

6. Warranty
The projector carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing fault from the date of delivery. Accidental damage, liquid damage and normal wear are not covered. The optional Lifetime Warranty add-on extends hardware-fault cover for as long as you own the product, to one replacement claim per order.
7. Safe use
The projector is for indoor use only. Do not look directly into the lens. Do not cover the vents. Keep it out of reach of young children and away from water.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, graphics and the Haunta name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Scene files supplied with the Haunta Vault are licensed for personal, non-commercial display only.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
