Shipping is free
Every order ships free. There is no minimum spend and no surprise charge at checkout.
How long it takes
- Packing: 1–2 business days. Add Priority Processing at checkout to move to the front of that queue.
- Transit: typically 5–10 business days.
Ordering for Halloween: order by mid-October to be comfortable. After roughly 20 October we cannot promise arrival before the 31st, whatever service is used.

Italy, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Israel.
If your country is not listed, email haunta.shop@gmail.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is labelled. Check your spam folder if you cannot see it. Tracking often sits still for a few days mid-route, especially crossing a border — that is normal. If nothing moves for more than seven days, email us and we will chase it.
Customs and duties
Orders inside the EU have no additional charges. For destinations outside the EU, import duty or tax may be charged by your country on arrival. That charge is set by your customs authority, is not collected by us, and is the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Email us within a couple of hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. Once a parcel is labelled and collected we cannot redirect it.
Lost, stolen or damaged in transit
Email us. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we ship a replacement immediately without waiting for a carrier investigation. Without it we will still help, but we have to follow the carrier's claim process first, which takes longer.
