We answer within one business day, usually faster. If your projector is not aiming the way you expected, send a photo of the window and we will talk you through it.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have one
- For a fault: a short video or photo of what it is doing
- For a delivery question: the postcode it is going to
Returns
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send return instructions. You do not have to justify the decision.
