30 days, no questions asked
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund. You do not have to give us a reason, and we will not ask for one.
The projector needs to come back in a condition we can resell: the unit, the base, the remote and the cable, in the original box where possible. Normal use is fine — you are meant to try it on your own window, after dark, before deciding.
How to start a return
Email haunta.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before you have heard from us, or we cannot match the parcel to your order.
Who pays for return shipping
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay. You will not be out of pocket.
- Changed your mind: you cover the return postage. We recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us it is still your parcel.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We refund the price you paid for the goods; the original shipping cost is refunded too when the return is because of a fault on our side.
Faulty on arrival
Email us a photo or a short video. We ship a replacement straight away — you do not need to return the broken one first.
Digital items
The Haunta Vault is a downloadable scene pack. Because it is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, it is non-refundable once the download link has been used. If the files do not work for you, email us and we will fix it or refund it.
Your statutory rights
If you are buying as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to that right and does not replace it.
